Married and father of three children, Gabriel Ghorayeb was born in Beirut, in Lebanon. After his scientific Baccalaureat diploma, he left the land of the Cedars to go and study medecine at the Bordeaux University.
After his intership at the Saint-Jospeh Hospital in Paris, doctor Gabriel Ghorayeb specializes in cardiac surgery at the Laënnec Hospital in Paris before going to the Bon Secours Hospital in Metz as a hospital pratcitioner.
In 1992, he passed the hospital practitioner examination.
From 1993 to 1998, he has practiced as cardiac surgeon at the Belledonne clinic in Grenoble.
Until 2007, he settled at the European Hospital in Paris (La Roseraie), where he started specializing in Off-pump coronary artery surgery. From march 2007 to january 2013, he was appointed in the cardiac pathology department at the Institut Mutualiste Montsouris.
Since february 2013, he has been practicing at the Private Hospital Parly II, located in Le Chesnay, near Versailles and Paris.
On november 18th 2013, he was awarded the Medal of the National Order of the Cedar, by the President of the Lebanese Republic, Michel Sleiman.
